When my 88 year old mother asked for a Tai Chi DVD for her birthday four years ago, I was amazed and inspired to look into this practice. At the time she had vertigo and had fallen several times and badly injured herself. I witnessed how her Tai Chi practice gave her lower body strength and more mindfulness in the way she walked and carried herself. Now I am grateful to be part of Harbor Wellbeing Mind and Body Room with Tai Chi being offered twice a week across the hall. Roger Cloutier will be getting a call from me to register for January as my New Years gift to myself. Come join us.
great story
